We try our best to always get it right, but if we accidentally send an item which has a fault or if the incorrect item has been delivered, please contact us orders@tangibleco.co.za so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Once we have inspected the item(s) and validated your return, we can arrange to deliver the correct item(s) or we will refund you, depending on your preference. Please allow for at least 10 days for refunds to be processed.
- WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND ABOUT THE ITEMS I HAVE SELECTED ONLINE
If you change your mind once you have received your order, you have 14 calendar days in which to return it to us.
Please notify us first by email orders@tangibleco.co.za Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
***Sale, discounted, or gift items are strictly non-returnable. For hygiene purposes, we cannot accept returns on earrings.
You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs as well as the original shipping fee, whether you enjoyed free delivery or not. See Section 21 of T&C's for more detail.
- I RECEIVED A GIFT WHICH WAS SHIPPED DIRECTLY TO ME. IF I WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE IT, IS THIS POSSIBLE?
We want you to be happy with your gift, and will gladly exchange it. Simply return it in its original packaging, within 14 calendar days of receipt, and we will issue you with a gift certificate. You will be responsible for all shipping costs.
