Last updated: 13 October 2026
Welcome to Tangible. By accessing our website, www.tangibleco.co.za, or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Tangible is operated by Scoop Clothing CC, trading as Tangible, in Cape Town, South Africa. Our online store is hosted by Shopify.
1. Products and Availability
We take care to present our products as accurately as possible, including descriptions, colours, sizes and photographs.
Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Many of our products are handcrafted or produced in small batches, and slight variations in printing, colour and finish may occur.
All products are subject to availability. Should an item become unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative or refund.
2. Pricing and Payment
All retail prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change product prices without prior notice. Any changes will not affect orders already accepted and paid for, except where permitted by law.
Payments are processed through the secure payment options available at checkout. Orders will be processed once payment has been confirmed.
3. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver throughout South Africa.
- Standard delivery: R90 on orders below R1,200.
- Free standard delivery on orders of R1,200 or more.
- Estimated delivery time: 3–6 working days.
Express delivery may be arranged at an additional charge, subject to courier availability and destination. Please contact us before placing your order if you require urgent delivery.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will assist customers with any delivery issues and honour our obligations under applicable consumer protection laws.
For full details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
4. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
We offer a 14-day returns policy, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer protection legislation.
Items returned due to a change of mind must be unused, unworn and in their original condition, with tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return courier costs on change-of-mind returns.
Where goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, Tangible will arrange an appropriate remedy, including reasonable return courier costs where required.
Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details, exclusions and instructions.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
5. Orders and Cancellations
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a genuine pricing error, suspected fraud, stock unavailability or another lawful reason.
If payment has already been received and we cannot fulfil your order, we will arrange an appropriate refund.
Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact us as soon as possible at orders@tangibleco.co.za.
Cancellation and refund requests will be handled in accordance with applicable South African law.
